The music of the Kingdom Hearts video game series was composed by Yoko Shimomura with orchestral music arranged by Kaoru Wada. They also feature several vocal songs, the most notable being the four main theme songs: " Hikari ", " Passion ", " Chikai ", and " Face My Fears. Although the majority of the music has been released only in Japan, the first soundtrack was released worldwide and tracks from the Kingdom Hearts series have been featured in Video Games Live at multiple venues.

Kingdom Hearts III
Don't forget, most KH songs, especially boss themes last at least a minute. Lots of times the best parts happen after that point. In my initial playthrough, I was disappointed with the soundtrack because there wasn't that many new songs, just a lot of returning. But upon replaying it and listening to the OST, I was wrong. Even though there aren't nearly as many new songs as other games have, there's a lot of great returning songs, great remixes, and still some great new tracks. Enter the Darkness in Birth by Sleep is one of the greatest boss themes ever. It is near perfection. You can't perfect perfection so How did they take the best song in the series and make it even better?! This is utterly phenomenal.
